Indonesian citizen, 78-year old. An alumnus of Bandung Institute of Technology and graduated in 1960 majoring Architectural Engineering. The founder and the chairman of Ciputra business group, has been serving as the President Commissioner of the Company since 1994. The founder of PT Pembangunan Jaya in 1961 and PT Metropolitan Development Tbk in 1971, as well as serving as the commissioner in both of the companies until now. He has also been serving as the President Commissioner of PT Jaya Real Property since 1995 and PT Ciputra Development Tbk and PT Ciputra Surya Tbk. He is actively involved in various activities, such as establishing the Indonesian Architect Association. The founder and the first president of Indonesian Real Estate Association (REI). He was also one of the people who established Asia Pacific Real Estate Foundation (APREF) and was once its president. During 1989-1990 he was the president of the Internasional Federation of Real Estate Associations (FIABCI). In addition, he also founded and served as the Chairman of Jaya Raya Foundation, the Chairman of Prasetya Mulya Foundation, The Chairman of the Foundation Association for the Nation (AYUB), and the Chairman of the Steering Committee of Tarumanagara Foundation.

Indonesian citizen, 78-year old. Graduated from Surabaya Pharmacy School in 1954. She has been serving as the Company’s commissioner since 1994. In addition, she is also the commissioner of PT Ciputra Development Tbk and PT Ciputra Surya Tbk. She is actively involved in business organizations as well as the social institutions, among others is the Deputy of Ciputra Educational Foundation (YPIC).

Indonezian citizen, 39-year old. Obtaining the engineering title from the Industrial Engineering Faculty of the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA in 1991. She has been serving as the commissioner of PT Ciputra Surya Tbk, along with other affiliated companies. She is actively involved in the social and educational activities through Ciputra Educational Foundation (YPIC).

Obtaining the Bachelor Degree in Economy from Gadjah Mada University (UGM) in 1964, Master Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University USA in 1983 and Master Degree in Business Administration from Boston University USA in 1985. Obtaining a doctoral degree in Economy from UGM in 2003. He was appointed as an Independent Commissioner and the Audit Committee Head in 2007. In addition, he is also the President Commissioner of PT Swadharma Kerry Satya, PT Damai Indah Gold and a member of the Indonesian Banking Supervision Agency. He is currently lecturing in several universities, including UGM, Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB), Unima Manado, and Indonesia Institute of Banking Development.

Obtaining the bachelor degree in Social Work from STPS Widuri Jakarta in 1982 and Master Degrre in Social Work from Asian Social Institue, Manila, The Phillipines in 1989. He was appointed as an independent commisioner and a member of The Company’s Audit Committee in 2007. Currently he is also a member of several social organizations under Jakarta Archbishopric. He is actively involved as the Deputy of Chairman of Indonesia Orphanage Forum since 2000, special staff and the head of the bureau of Daya Dharma Institution since 2003 and a member of National Examiner of the vocational school of Indonesia Educational Ministry since 2005
