DESIGN MANAGER (DM)
Male/Female, max 35 years old; Bachelor Degree in Architecture;
Experience as Design Manager for high rise building commercial min 10 years, in contractor/ developer/ consultant.

ARCHITECT (AR)
Male/Female, max 35 years old; Bachelor Degree in Architecture;
Expert in Auto CAD, SketchUp, PhotoShop and Corel; 3 - 8 years experience as Architect for high rise building commercial, in contractor/developer/consultant.

PROJECT PLANNING & CONTROL (PPC)
Male, max 35 years old; Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering;
Experience as Project Planning & Control for high rise building min 3 years; Familiar with cost control and time schedule; Good knowledge and skill in Ms Project, Primavera & Auto Cad.

RESIDENT ENGINEER (RE)
Male, max 40 years old; Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering;
Experience as Site Engineer for high rise building and super block min 7 years in contractor /developer /consultant; Good knowledge in safety regulation.

DESIGN STRUCTURE ENGINEER (SE)
Male, max 40 years old; Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering;
Experience as Design Structure Engineer for high rise building and super block min 5 years.

DESIGN M/E ENGINEER (ME)
Male, max 40 years old; Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
Experience as M/E Coordinator or related filed for high rise building and super block min 10 years; Expert in Auto Cad.

STRUCTURAL SUPERVISOR (SS)
Male, max 30 years old; Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering;
Experience as Site Supervisor for high rise building construction min 3 years.

DRAFTER (DR)
Male, max 25 years old; Senior High School Degree or Diploma Degree in Architecture /Civil Engineering;
Expert in AutoCad (3D/2D), SketchUp. Corel, 3D Max and ArchiCad.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING (MKT)
Male/Female, max 30 years old; Minimum holds a Diploma Degree;
Experience as Marketing in Commercial Property min 2 years; Wide and good networking; Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.

LEASING EXECUTIVE FOR SHOPPING MALL (LE)
Male/Female, max 35 years old; Minimum holds a Bachelor Degree;
Min 3 years experience as shopping mall's leasing executive.

BUSINESS ANALYST (BA)
Male/Female, max 30 years old; Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture and MBA from reputable university; Min 1 year working experience.

FINANCE MANAGER (FM)
Male/Female, max 35 years old; Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Management;
Experience in the position in industry of property/ shopping mall/hotel /audit firm in senior position min 3 years; Has ability to prepare financial budget.

CHIEF ACCOUNTING (CA)
Male/Female, max 35 years old; Bachelor Degree in Accounting;
Experience in the position in industry of property/ shopping mall/hotel /audit firm in senior position min 3 years; Has ability to prepare financial budget.

TAX ADMINISTRATION (TA)
Male/Female, max 30 years old; Bachelor Degree in Accounting;
Experience in the position min 2 years; Posses Brevet B USKP Examination.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (AS)
Male/Female, max 30 years old; Bachelor Degree in Accounting;
Experience in the position min 2 years

PURCHASING MANAGER (PM)
Male/Female, max 30 years old; Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Architect/Management;
Experience as Purchasing Manager min 3 years; Has good networking on sources industry.

EDP/ASSISTANT IT (EDP)
Male, max 28 years old; Bachelor Degree in Information System;
Experience as EDP/Assistant IT min 2 years; Excellent in programming Visual Basic, MS Access. My SQL; Familiar with Windows 2003 server, Linux and Internet.

LEGAL ASSISTANT (LA)
Male/Female, max 30 years old; Bachelor Degree in Legal (Business Law);
Experience in Law Office or Notary or the similar position in the property company min 2 years; Familiar with Indonesia Stock Exchange rule; Excellent in procuring the permit and license connected to property and real estate company.

ADMINISTRATION STAFF (ADM)
Male/Female, max 30 years old; Minimum holds a Diploma Degree in Secretary/Administration;
Experience in the position min 1 year; Good knowledge of administration and filling system

General Requirements :
1. Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
2. Fluent in English both written and verbal
