Indonesian citizen, 45-year old. Obtaining his Bachelor Degree in Finance from the University of San Fransisco, USA, in 1987 and his Master degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Fransisco, USA in 1988. He has been serving as the Company’s President Director since 1994 and as the President Director of PT Ciputra Development Tbk and also as Director of PT Ciputra Surya Tbk and the Vice President Commissioner of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk.

Indonesian citizen, 54-year old. Obtaining his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Plymouth Polytechnic, Plymouth, UK in 1981 and his Master degree in Business Administration from Prasetya Mulya Management Institute, Jakarta in 1985. He served as the Company’s Commissioner from 1994 to 2005 and he was appointed as the Company’s Director in 2005. He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Bintaro Serpong Damai and the Director of PT Damai Indah Golf. Currently, he also serves as President of INTA (International Urban Development Association) 2009-2010 period

Indonesian citizen, 54-year old. Obtaining her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, New Zealand in 1977 and her Master degree in Business Administration from Claremont Graduate Schools, Los Angeles, USA in 1980. He served as the Company’s Commissioner from 1994 to 2007. She was appointed as the Company’s Director in July 2007. Currently, she also serves as the President Director of Century 21 whose core business is brokerage property.

Obtaining his Bachelor degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, USA in 1985 and Master degree in Business Administration of Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA in 1988. He has been serving as the Company’s Director sunce 1994 and now he also serves as the President Director of PT Ciputra Surya Tbk and the Deputy Chairman of the Infrastructure, Property and Transportation Committee of Indonesia Emitent Association (AEI).

Obtaining her Bachelor in Accounting from the University of San Fransisco, USA in 1984 and her Master in Business Administration of Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California, in 1988. She was once the Company’s Director from 1994 to 1996 and Commissioner from 1996 to 2007.She was once more appointed as the Company’s Director in July 2007

Currently he also serves as the President Director of PT Ciputra Semarang, the subsidiary of PT Ciputra Property Tbk., and as the Director in other affiliated companies.

Obtaining his degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1984, and his Master degree in Business Administration from Prasetya Mulya Management Institute in 1990. He joined the Company in 1994 and served as the Director in 1997. He left the Company from 1998 to 2005 and rejoined the force as the Director in 2005. He currently holds the position as the Deputy Chairman of REI in Division of Store Compartment for DKI Jakarta area.

Indonesian citizen, 49-year old. Obtaining his degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1985. His experience in the field of infrastructure construction made him join Ciputra Group in 1989 where he took care of the residency area of Citra Garden City Kalideres Jakarta, Ciputra Hanoi International City Vietnam and Citra Raya Tangerang residency area. He has been serving as the Director since 2005, focusing in the development of new reasidency areas outside of Java Island, namely Citra Bukit Indah Balikpapan, West Kalimantan, Citraland City Samarinda, West Kalimantan, and Citra Garden Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. He was appointed as the Company’s Director in 2008 until now.
