As known to many, Dr. (HC) Ir. Ciputra is a man brimming with creativity and social concern. With this creativity and social concern, he has been promoting a new concept, dubbed Artpreneurship since 2005.

The concept amalgamates two worlds, the world of Art and the world of Entrepreneurship. Artpreneurship is a process of creating added value in the world of art that is perpetuated by the creativity in herent in artists.In line with the process the objective of Artpreneurship to improve the value and dignity of Indonesian works of art in the eyes of the world.

With the patronage of Rina Ciputra S., the Artpreneurship event was successfully held on 24 April 2010 – 22 May 2010. The exhibition was inaugurated by DKI Jakarta Governor Fauzi Bowo with the showing of 82 pieces by local artists in the form of either paintings or installations.

In addition to the art exhibition there were other events such as:
