Indonesian citizen, 68-year old. Obtaining the Bachelor Degree in Economy from Gadjah Mada University (UGM) in 1964, Master Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University USA in 1983 and Master Degree in Business Administration from Boston University USA in 1985. Obtaining a doctoral degree in Economy from UGM in 2003. He was appointed as an Independent Commissioner and the Audit Committee Head in 2007. In addition, he is also the President Commissioner of PT Swadharma Kerry Satya, PT Damai Indah Gold and a member of the Indonesian Banking Supervision Agency. He is currently lecturing in several universities, including UGM, Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB), Unima Manado, and Indonesia Institute of Banking Development.

Obtaining the bachelor degree in Social Work from STPS Widuri Jakarta in 1982 and Master Degrre in Social Work from Asian Social Institue, Manila, The Phillipines in 1989. He was appointed as an independent commisioner and a member of The Company’s Audit Committee in 2007. Currently he is also a member of several social organizations under Jakarta Archbishopric. He is actively involved as the Deputy of Chairman of Indonesia Orphanage Forum since 2000, special staff and the head of the bureau of Daya Dharma Institution since 2003 and a member of National Examiner of the vocational school of Indonesia Educational Ministry since 2005.

Indonesian citizen, 53 years old. She earned his Bachelor's degree in law from University of Trisakti in 1978. Appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company since 2007 until now. Started her career at several banks as Marketing Officer and then head of regional. Also been served as General Manager in two companies Ciputra Group and as Director of Bank Ciputra. Currently a member of Bhayangkari Foundation.
