Ciputra Mall Jakarta

Ciputra Mall in Jakarta has an area of 43,115 square meter and is home to 252 best stores in the country, and also visited by approximately 70,330 visitors daily or 25,670,184 annually and also 1,325,040 cars and 1,366,120 motorcycles have been entered to the mal in 2009. The occupancy rate in 2009 was 96%, with a combination of stores that serves the niche of the shopping center, such as Watsons Personal Care Store, Hero Supermarket, Gold Gym, Matahari Department Store, Gramedia bookstore chain and Cineplex 21.

 

The mall is strategically placed in the intersection of West Jakarta transportation route and the toll road that connects Jakarta central business districts and Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. It is also in adjacent with a few top universities and middle-upper housing complex.
