Lot 3 & 5 – Jakarta

This project is called a super block, which consists of mall, apartments, hotel, premium apartments, offices and museum, all occupying a 5.5-hectare area on Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio. As of 2009, the construction reached the sub-structure phase.

The mall will have a gross and net area of 123,000 square-meter and 78,000 square-meter, respectively. The super block will also comprise 306-unit apartment, 80 luxury apartment, a five-star hotel that boasts 180 rooms, and an office complex with a gross area of 64,000 square-meter.

The construction of the basement areas has started in 2008 and was hit by the global crisis effect that struck almost every economy sector worldwide. But the development maximally continued in 2009 with the renovation and the installments of stakes as foundation structures. At the moment, it has reached substructure development phase, which will be continued with the construction of podium and tower. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2012.

The project has already contributed some revenues to the Company. As of 2008, 64 units of MyHome apartments have been sold, and the mall already has been marketed by in-house and agency team, Jones Lang Lasalle.
